7 Cruical Factors for Reaching a Goal timely and effortlesly. The achievement of any goal requires mind reprogramming. To program for anything, there are certain components to consider that can help ensure success with your mindset programming.

Let’s start with desire.

(especially number 2 and 6)

1.DESIRE

The stronger your desire, the stronger your motivating force, and the stronger the attraction to what you want. Without desire, nothing happens.

Think of a specific goal and answer this question for yourself:’ How important is this to you? Do you find yourself thinking about it all of the time? Is it a priority?’ So many people are not clear about what they want. You must have a burning desire. Otherwise, your goal will inevitably remain on the back burner.

Someone clever once said:’ If you do not have a clear vision for yourself, you will become a part of the vision plan of somebody else.’

Although an intense desire alone seems to make dreams come true, it also helps to believe that your dream is possible for you.#

2. BELIEF

Belief comes with a deep feeling of knowing. I know I will create financial security. I might not know how. But I sure will. I know my business efforts will work.

Make sure that whatever you desire to manifest is something you believe you can have. It must be big enough to excite you and small enough, so you consider it achievable at all.

  • Do you believe you are capabale of making your goal happen?
  • Do you believe it is possible?

Beliefs are yours to change. It may be just as easy as changing the statements you make to yourself: ” There are no good jobs out there for me.” Change it to:” I find great jobs anywhere I go.”

In my mentorship programs this is where we begin. Detect and deactivate what is no longer serving you.

3. Expectancy

A third component is expectancy. It keeps you on the alert. Must be present at all times. The joyous expectancy of your goal unfolding. Even if you right now do not exactly know how.

Just like a pregnant woman knows, she is expecting. Just like coming out with an umbrella when praying for rain. Go under the umbrella of positive expecttion.

Expectancy is hope or better, certainty. It is a direct result of your belief.

4. and 5. Visualization and Imagination

.While visualiyattion is the process of remembering something you have experienced, imagination is creating something on the back of your mind that you have never had any experience of, but would like to.

The roblem is that most of the time, the focus of the mind is on what went wronf in the past and what might go wrong in the future. So , whithout even being aware, you use these amazing faculties of the mind: visualiyation and imagination to your own detriment.

Your mind translates your images into impulses for action. Your mind must bring into real existence the mental pictures you make.

Clear, ositive pictures-clear, positive outcomes. Like imagining receiving a big, fat check in the mail with a number of 5 zeros. Instead of just saying:” I want more money”. Because 100 Euros is more money. But is not what you want.

Or just thinking: “No way I can gett more money this way”. What kind of a picture does your ind get? Certainly not the outcome you wish for. Take control. Develoop the skill of projecting.

In other words. Only think of what you want and how you want it. Never think about what you do not want more of in your life.

6. Action

To reach a goal, it is not enough to think about it on the sofa. We live in a material world. Action is required. And a strong one.

A strong action is one, backed up by unshakable belief and unbreakable consistency in effort, no matter what.

Where there is no action, there is a miriad of excuses. These all look and seek reasonable, but are nit. A mind full of limiting beliefs will always justify the procrastination and avoidancw that come with the dear of ” I am not enough. It is not possible. It is too hard. What is the point….”

A problem remains a problem, as long as you do not do anything about it. The moment you dare to get uo looking for a solution, the problem turns into a project.

This is the approach I teach and we practise together in my mentorshop programs. It is essential.

7. Congruency

Your thinking, action and behaviour must go hand in hand. You must be persistent, congruent internally and externally and supportive of what you are aiming at.

You must follow through on your desire. Otherwise it remains wishful thinking. Dreaming.

What can sabotage your congruency and your goall achievement ist again the same: the deep seated, subsconscious limiting beliefs, that came to constitute yourr identity, your sense of who you are.

To reach a goal, you have to internally leave the point A, where you are struggling and move ahead with the identity of the person from point B. The person that has already succeeded.

Think of this personality. The oerson from point B. What are their beliefs? How do they relate to self and others? What did they change within themselves, that enabled them to win?

It is a favourite saying of mine: Yourr mind has tremedous power. It can deliever you any goal. Just take your mind on your side.
