You must to have positive attitude if you want to succeed in every part of you life!
More often than not, your day comes and unfolds with some challenges. No later than midday you might already have a feeling of dissatisfaction creeping in.
What do you do in the face of a challenge? You probably slip into thinking about similar past situations when things did not go your way either. Why is that? Because you are driven by the subconscious mind and it runs on automatic, driven by familiar memorized patterns.
What is one thing your subconscious mind can not do?
The one thing your feeling mind will never do on its own accord is a happy future pacing.
Picturing your success in business deals, profit-making, and client attraction.
The mind doesn’t know how to think about the future in a ” pink glasses on” frame. Unless you develop such a thinking frame on purpose.
Your subconscious is unable to, doesn’t know how to operate within a new territory unless there are some old “knowns” to repeat.
If you never had a successful experience like this before, your mind wouldn’t know how to picture it. If you have a previous experience that was not very successful, your mind will rather refer to it, than choose a brand new course towards a better experience.
Your mind runs on autopilot, by default.
What is another thing your subconscious mind can not do?
If you have paid attention to small children, you must have noticed how they can not understand “time” other than being right here, right now.
When mom says to Sally: “Come on, jump in the car, we are going to visit your grandmother later”, by the first traffic light, where mom needs to stop and wait for the green light, little Sally goes: “Are we there mom, have we arrived?”
Little children function on a deeper subconscious level of mind frequency, where the notion of “later” is very unclear. Little children exist in the now. This is why very often they will ask something like that: “Is tomorrow today, mom? Is it tomorrow now?”
The subconscious mind doesn’t know linear time as such.
NOW, THIS MOMENT is all we have in order to influence the subconscious mind.
When you talk to yourself, do not say: “When I have finished that project, money will start pouring down onto me”.To your mind, it is not clear “when” exactly that is, “when” exactly to start the manifestation.
Instead, go like this:” My money flow is increasing this very minute. Right now I am finding ways to increase my money flow and monetize my gifts.”
“My health is improving right as I speak. I am eating better now. I am becoming fit, lean, and healthy this very minute.”
When you say “tomorrow”, “in another year”, ” under different circumstances”, just like in the case with little Sally, your subconscious mind begins wondering: ” Is it tomorrow now? Is it next year already?” For the subconscious mind times different than “now” do not exist. Even the past is a record of a sequence of past ” now” -s.
You can find proof of this fact in your dreams. You can dream of a person from your “past” that is now visiting you in your “present” house, even though in reality there is no way for this person to know where you live now. Why?
Your past person is a “known” to your subconscious mind. The present house is “known” to your subconscious mind as well. Your feeling mind only operates with “knowns”. It doesn’t care what happened at what time. The timeline is the territory of the conscious mind. For the unconscious, there will always be only “NOW”.
This is why it can not understand and act upon anything that is not meant to happen now.
When you speak to yourself, speak in the “NOW”
The trouble comes when your “now ” thinking is taken over by past “knowns”, for example:
“I feel so low. ….broken. And I am lonely. ……can’t cope. I am falling apart. It feels terrible. I am so tired. So sad. I can’t even see a way out of this. Can’t get out of the black hole. I am a “nobody”. A waste of space….”
Every word that you say NOW is a blueprint for your mind to act on it and make it true for you. The most important words you will ever hear are the words you say to yourself.
Going negative impacts your quality of life, no one doubts that today. But why does it feel so hard to change the course of your own thinking? To choose better self-suggestions like: ” Well, I feel particularly tired, my kids have been up the whole night, but I am making a good plan of going to bed earlier tonight.” or “Yes, I am challenged right now but I know that I have phenomenal coping skills. I am mastering this right now. I have what it takes.”
You can teach your mind how to future pace in positive terms.
Thinking in positive terms about your “NOW” might feel very unfamiliar to you. You have not seen a good example of that in your family of upbringing, because your parents have not had a good example in this particular regard either.
Your mind doesn’t know how to positively future pace, because there is no such “known” established in your neuropathways. Although as children none of us is born negative, we learn that behavior growing up. We learn what we live. Then we repeat the patterns we see until they become our very own. We learn to doubt, to complain, we learn helplessness and hopelessness.
As an adult, though it is our most essential task to turn this around, if we want a higher quality of life experience. Me, you, everyone: We have to Stop, Banish, End the negative record. How could you? By talking to yourself on purpose, deliberately choosing your words, and repeatedly feeding your mind with your idea of how you prefer your experience in the “NOW” to be.
Let’s say, you are about to make a very important presentation. You have two options. You can go: “What if this turns out as a disaster, I make a fool of myself, no one likes it and my products do not sell?” or “My presentation is running smoothly and sales amazingly well. I can see my audience even now loving my presentation. Even as I am writing my presentation, I can feel its success.”
Choose to tell yourself a better lie
Feels like a lie? In which òne of these two cases are you lying to yourself? Choose. Choose to tell yourself a better lie. None makes any difference to your mind. But it does to you. Your mind doesn’t mind. It will act on it anyways. But you do.
Your subconscious mind can not differentiate between what is useful, beneficial, and good for you and what is not. It only operates with “knowns”, with what is familiar. You are the one who has to make your preferred option familiar to your mind and do this “NOW”.
If you are having a health issue, for example, you want to respond to it like that: “My body is healing right now. As I speak, my brilliant subconscious mind is going back and restoring, manifesting, recreating the perfect health that I was naturally born with. I am healing and I am healing fast and visibly. The old sickness is working itself out of my body. It is already leaving. Already going. It is out. It is gone and it is never coming back.”
