Self-Empowerment: “How to”?

Self-Empowerment… If you have always wanted to access more of your own personal power, transform stress and truly step up in your life, then you are in the right place.

As a hypnotherapist, I work with your mind for mind-body management, healing and problem solving, intuition, and manifesting.

There are a couple of tips I would like to share with you on the topic of self-management and self-empowerment. I have noticed that these come as a target with almost every client I work with. No matter what the issue.

Self Empowerment comes through mind conditioning

Did you know that you can condition your mind similar to how you condition your muscles with exercise? You can do that by accessing a slower frequency of the brain called Alfa.

If you have ever caught yourself staring off into space or daydreaming, you already know what Alfa state is like,

You can learn to create this state on demand so as to gain access to a greater amount of information and knowledge from within. This is what happens during hypnotherapy sessions.

At Alfa level and deeper, your suggestibility is at peek. Your mind is capable of deep and profound learning, healing, and growth at the levels of Alfa and deeper, at Theta. At these levels, we do therapeutic work. Everything positive that you say to yourself and believe in, when you operate at the deeper, healthier levels of your mind, is accepted readily and without resistance.

This is how you formed an identity during childhood. What you learned back then, you can unlearn and relearn, using the same depth of mind as back then. This is one of the primary objectives of hypnotic regression as a tool for overcoming past conditioning and self-empowerement.

Self Empowerment comes through the use of imagination

Every time you worry about tomorrow or think about what the kids must be up to or what your boss might be thinking, you are actually using your imagination.

Your imagination has the same sensing ability that you use when you are visualizing, I mean, remembering. The only difference is, that visualization is what you do when you are referencing something you have already seen. And imagination is what you use when you are projecting what will be.

So in a hypnotherapy session, you use both as tools of the mind for self-empowerment. These are skills you can learn to use even long after the hypnotherapy session is over. In this way, you reinforce the change, achieved in therapy work.

To use your imagination to envision desired outcomes and achieve desired states is a way of life.
It is a skill that is trainable.

It means you use your sensing faculties to describe to yourself:

  • what does self-empowerment mean to you?
  • how do you think about yourself in this frame of mind?
  • what are your actions like within this state of mind?
  • how do you behave when you believe in yourself?

If you can imagine Self-Empowerment, you can embody it

And all it takes is a decision. You can choose your new belief about yourself and start energizing it. Giving it life. Stepping into this image. Feeling it. Living it. Embodying it. Practice that!

The mind is moldable. It is willing to learn. The body is trainable. It is capable of changing. What it takes is giving them a new direction, helping them to believe in it, and rehearsing it.

All this is done with hypnotherapy in a way that saves you time, effort, and disappointments.

Working with a professional has the advantage of giving you a shortcut way to the desired outcomes. This is why successful people have mentors. Myself included.

I have been trained by the best in my field. This makes me well equipped to help you regain your Self-belief and acquire the skill of Self Empowerment. The quickest and deepest, most profound transformative way. Through hypnosis.
